Counter Notification – Request to Restore Removed Content

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a valid counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Your counter notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury affirming your good-faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district.
    • If you live outside the U.S., you must consent to jurisdiction in any district where TheMrIce.com may be found.
